New look, new campaign
Hefboom is the go-to organization for supporting social entrepreneurs and non-profits with loans and guidance.
However, their work remains largely unknown to the wider public.
To change that, they wanted an animated film that informs website visitors about the many facets of Hefboom’s services.

What does Hefboom want to achieve with this video?
The strategic groundwork revealed their real challenge: attracting new - and younger - cooperative members to grow their community.
Instead of creating a traditional explainer, we developed an engaging and persuasive video that can be widely used on social media, in newsletters, and on the website.
APPROACH
Refreshing the brand without clichés
We focused on people who care about the world, want to be part of a bigger story, and are looking to invest their savings ethically. The main character in the video was intentionally chosen to reflect this target audience.
We also visited De Lier vzw, one of the many projects supported by Hefboom, to serve as a concrete example.
The spotlight is on the cooperative members and the people behind the projects, with Hefboom as the connecting thread throughout.


RESULT
Engaging 40 seconds
No dull graphs or dry explanations. We transformed Hefboom’s story into a short clip that informs, activates, and puts the new target audience in the spotlight.
The video is now widely used on the website and social media, effectively showcasing Hefboom’s work.
